Srinagar: Hurriyat (M) leader and Chief patron Islamic political Party (J&K) Mr. M Yousuf Naqash has said that the verdict on Babri Masjid has exposed the communal partiality of judiciary and so called secular credentials of India before the world. Babri Masjid was demolished in the broad day light before the full media glare and in presence of armed forces of so-called democratic India who were watching this vandalism by the Hindu communal extremists as mere spectators and as a result of this demolition two thousand Muslims in India were also massacred. Instead of verdicting punishment to the culprits of demolition and rebuilding of the masjid, the biased and partial judiciary toeing the Hindutva policy of India made decision against the Muslims, which is very unfortunate, and an eye-opener to the Muslims of India, who were proud of it’s so called secular credentials. This verdict is totally against the sentiments of Muslim community as a whole. People of Kashmir dominantly Muslims had already been identifying Indian judiciary partial, unjust and communally designed given their unjust and partial verdicts in the case of Kashmir since 1947. Mr. Naqash has described this verdict communal, unjust, tended towards Hindutva policy of Indian establishment. He has strongly condemned this unfortunate decision against the religious sentiments of Muslims.
