Avalanche warning issued for Kupwara areas

KUPWARA, JANUARY 24: According to Deputy Commissioner Kupwara avalanche warning was issued for higher reaches and avalanche-prone areas of Kupwara valid from January 24 to January 28, 2017.
Locals of Keran, Karnah, Machil, Tangdhar, Budnamal, Jumgund Nowgam, Kumkadi, higher reaches of Kralpora and other sloppy areas of the district have been asked to take necessary precaution while moving outside their homes and refrain from venturing outside during the night hours for their own safety.
