Army tribunal indicts ex-Army chief Gen V K Singh in Sukna land scam

New Delhi, Sep 5 : In a major embarrassment for former Army Chief General V K Singh who is now a minister in Narendra Modi government, Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) has indicted him in Sukna land scam case.

The tribunal has acquitted Lt General P K Rath in the case.

The tribunal has found that Lt Gen Rath was the victim of the conspiracy hatched by Gen V K Singh and the court martial proceedings against Rath were influenced by Gen Singh.
