Al-Umar Mujahideen Claims Anantnag Fidayeen Attack; 5 CRPF Men Killed, SHO Critical

Srinagar, June 12(KMW): Five CRPF personnel were killed and several injured in Anantnag in a fidayeen attack today. Al-Umar Mujahideen, an indigenous militant group, has taken the responsibility of the attack. In the heavy exchange of fire, the Station House Officer of Saddar Police Station, Anantnag, Arshid Khan, also critically injured after a bullet hit him in the chest.
