90 families evacuated, shifted to safer places in North Kashmir

Srinagar, April 2, KMW: With the apprehensions of landside and erosion of landmasses, Police has rescued 90 families in Baramulla and Sopore.
Baramulla Police has evacuated 80 families comprising of 474 members from different landslide prone areas and shifted them to safer places.
Meanwhile, Sopore police have rescued 10 families consisting of 82 members from Chijehama village and shifted them to the safer places.
