500 gms brown sugar recovered, 2 arrested in Kashmir

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir police arrested two persons and recovered 500 grams of brown sugar in the frontier district of Kupwara, official sources said here today.

They said a naka checking was established by police at Kursan in Kupwara in north Kashmir.

During the checking, police naka party recovered 500 grams, valuing about Rs 50 lakhs, from the possession of Reyaz Ahmad Lone and Shabir Ahmad Mir.

They said police has registered a case and started investigation.(KMW News)
