Srinagar: In a first exchange after India announced to extend stay period to six months for Pakistan-administered-Kashmir residents, as many as 46 persons crossed side along the Line of Control through Poonch-Rawalakote via Chakandabagh crossing point on Monday.Official sources said that the three fresh visitors from Pak arrived along with five residents from Poonch and Rajouri via the crossing point in Poonch district when gate was opened at 1510 hours this afternoon.Sixteen fresh visitor from this part of the Kashmir along with 22 Pak returnees were on board the bus when it left for the Rawalakote, they addedThe government recently informed that as many as 3,314 people have visited Pakistan administered Kashmir (PaK) from this side and 3,384 persons from PaK visited this side via the crossing point since 2005. Last week, India announced to extend stay period from Pak visitors from four weeks to six months.
