Srinagar: A Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) and three jawans were killed and another injured when a havaldar started firing indiscriminately in an Army camp in south Kashmir.A Defence Ministry spokesman Lt Colonel J S Brar told thismorning that inquiry has been ordered into the incident.He said the havaldar opened indiscriminate firing with his service weapon in 42 Rashtriya Rifle (RR) camp at Awantipora in Pulwama district of south Kashmir.He said a JCO and three jawans were killed and another jawan was wounded in the incident.
