Srinagar:Â Twenty six members of divided parts of the Kashmir crossed sides along the Line of Control via weekly Karvan-e-Aman bus service on Thursday.
Station House Officer Uri, showkat Ahmad told that nine fresh visitors from Pakistan administered Kashmir arrived here via the ‘Peace Bus’ while as many as persons from this part of Kashmir also return home after stipulated stay in Pak, he said.
The passengers travelled from Muzaffarabad, the capital of Pak, to Chakoti, near the LoC in Uri town and as a part of procedure, the travellers alighted from the bus and crossed the Aman Setu (Peace Bridge) on foot.
Six fresh visitors from this part of the Kashmir also travelled to Pak when the bus left, he said. Two residents of Muzaffarabad also returned home, he added.
