1 dies, 4 Injured in road mishaps

Srinagar: An unidentified vehicle hit a mentally challenged Irshad Ahmad Rather, age 35 years, son of Ghulam Mohiudin resident of Badmulla, Sheeri near Petrol Pump Sheeri, Baramulla, falling under the jurisdiction of police station Sheeri, resulting in his on spot death. A case has been registered in this regard.
In another accident, a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK02DR/0882 collided with a Truck bearing registration number JK02Q/4432 at Herpora Nainil, Anantnag, falling under the jurisdiction of police station Mattan, resulting in injuries to the Motorcyclist. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
In another accident a Winger bearing registration number JK06/3355 hit a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK01Q/4150 at Boulevard Road,Srinagar, falling under the jurisdiction of police station R.M Bagh, resulting in injuries to the Motorcyclist Shabir Ahmad Dar son of Abdul Majeed resident of Chitrashahi, Srinagar and two pillion. All the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
