02 died, 12 injured in road accidents

Srinagar April 13(KMW): Two persons died while twelve others were injured in different road accidents across the valley.
A tipper bearing registration number JK05B/6771 hit a Lady Zoona Begum wife of Late Ghulam Mohammad Lone resident of Malpora Sheeri at Malpora, jurisdiction of Police Station Sheeri, Baramulla, resulting in her on spot death. Baramulla police has registered a case in this regard.
A Tavera bearing registration number JK08A/8885 while on way from Srinagar to Jammu turned turtle on National Highway near Chandhara Crossing, Awantipora resulting in on spot death of a boy Wakeel Rana son of Noor Rana resident of Muzaffar Nagar, UP and injuries to 03 passengers who were boarding the Tavera. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Awantipora police has registered a case in this regard.
A JCB bearing registration number CAP-1789 operated by Gulzar Ahmad Wani resident of Shangus fell into a deep nallah at village Posh Nadi, jurisdiction of Police Post Utrasoo, Anantnag, resulting in injuries to the operator and his associate Amir Ahmad Naikoo resident of Mir Danter, Anantnag. Both the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Anantnag police has registered a case in this regard.
A Tata 407 vehicle bearing registration number JK03/2563 skidded off the road near Malapora, jurisdiction of Police Station Qazigund, Kulgam resulting in injuries to two passengers. Both the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Kulgam police has registered a case in this regard.
A tractor bearing registration number JK01C/5976 skidded off the road at Marsari, jurisdiction of Police Station Kralpora, Kupwara, resulting in injuries to five persons including the tractor driver. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Kupwara police has registered a case in this regard.
