Zaffar posted as Secretary Tourism, Culture

JAMMU, NOVEMBER 18 (KMW): The Cabinet which met here, today, under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, approved the transfer and posting of Mr. Zaffar Ahmad Bhat, IAS, Director Information as Secretary, Tourism and Culture vice Mr. Atal Dulloo, who is proceeding on Central deputation. Mr. Zaffar shall, however, continue to hold the charge of the Director Information J&K till further orders.

In another decision, the Cabinet gave sanction to the promotion of Mr. Mohammad Ishaq Wani, Director Budget, Finance Department and Mr. Altaf Hussain Mirza, Director, Accounts and Treasuries, Kashmir to the Super Time Scale of Rs 37,400-67,000 +GP of Rs 10,000.
