Youth arrested after seen with girl inside education office

Srinagar, July 25 : A youth was arrested after he was caught with a girl inside the office of Zonal Education Office (ZEO) despite holiday today in the central Kashmir district of Ganderbal.

A police spokesman said some local informed police that a youth and a girl were inside a locked room in the office of ZEO at Tulmulla in Ganderbal.

Police immediately took cognizance and arrested Zahoor Ahmad Sheikh after he was allegedly spotted by some locals with a girl in office, which was closed on account of holiday.

Police have registered a case and taken Zahoor Sheikh in custody.

However, some miscreants pelted stones on the police who were chased away, he said.
