Baroli Nov 28  Erstwhile Congress president Rahul Gandhi said on Monday that he had actually drafted a detailed plan of the Bharat Jodo Yatra a year back but the pandemic threw a spanner in the works.

“Even (party General Secretary) Mr Jairam Ramesh is unaware regarding this aspect. Everything happens at the appointed hour,” the visiting leader averred during an interaction with journalists at this village in Indore district. He had been asked whether such a mass-connect programme ought to have been initiated much earlier.
