Winter vacations extended in Kashmir schools

Srinagar, February 21(KMW): In view of inclement weather ,winter vocations have been extended in Kashmir valley.

The order in this regard was issued by secretary school education department, Ajeet Kumar Sahu on Thursday.

“Winter vacation in all government and recognized private schools of Kashmir division is hereby extended up to March 02 in view of the extreme inclement weather conditions,” the government order reads. It reads that the class work in all the schools will resume on March 05.

“However the teaching faculty and other staff of government schools shall report to duties on February 25,” it read.
