Vendor killed in Udhampur car blast

Srinagar: A vendor was killed and four others injured in a car blast on Srinagar-Jammu highway in Udhampur district of Jammu on Monday, official said here.
They said that blast occurred in a car parked on the roadside on the highway at T-mode near Burmi bridge at around 0800 hours, they said. A vendor identified as Kuldeep Kumar son of Beesha Sham was killed while four other pedestrians were injured. Three of the injured identified as Pawan Kumar, Shamlal and Madan Lal have received serious wounds and have been hospitalized, they added.
They said that police was verifying about the explosive material and how the blast took place. Police has collected material from the car ripped part in the blast.
