Unidentified body recovered in Baramulla

Srinagar, April 23: Baramulla police was informed by some locals that a body is floating in river Jehlum near Gantmulla, Sheeri. Police party was sent on the spot and retrieved a male body from the river. The body is lying in District Hospital, Baramulla for identification.

Sheeri police has initiated inquest proceeding under section174 CrPC to ascertain the cause of the death.
