Two killed, one injured as jeep plunges into gorge in Ramban

Jammu, Nov 4 : At least two persons were killed and one injured when their jeep skidded off the road and plunged into a deep gorge in mountainous Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir.

“The jeep, which was on its way from Jammu to Kashmir, this morning skidded off the road and plunged into a gorge near Digdool area of Ramban district on Jammu-Srinagar national highway,” a police official here today said.

He said two people died on the spot while one was critically injured.
