Srinagar, Mar 24(KMW): In a significant development, an important meet of Traders Association Ashayi bagh was held in which several burning issues faced by traders were discussed and a solution mechanism of these problems was also pondered upon.Â
An active number of consumers also participated in the meet. Pertinently the traders reaffirmed those elections for formation of vibrant Trade body for Ashia bagh is needed so elections in a democratic and legal manner were conducted so that problems of traders get effective answers. On the occasion, Mr. Sajad Sultan was elected as President; Mr. Waseem Sultan was elected as General Secretary, Vice President Tahir Ahmad Sheikh, Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Darzi as treasurer.
The trade association would in its fold amalgamate all the trade and business establishments from the commercial hub of Ashibagh.
The members of the Association on the occasion while taking the oath said that they will work for the development of the area. And will look for the solution for day to day problems occurred with the shopkeepers.
