Talat launches Discover Kashmir

Gulmarg, (KMW News): Director Tourism Kashmir Talat Parvez launched the first travel magazine form Kashmir-Discover Kashmir at Gulmarg on Sunday.

Discover Kashmir is the first ever travel magazine from Kashmir which highlights tourism, culture, heritage, art and craft which this picturesque valley is known for.
The magazine hits the stands both in Jammu and Kashmir regions monthly. Besides, the magazine has the received overwhelming response from the travel trade fraternity of Kashmir.
The magazine has already published third issues and the fourth issue was launched by Director Tourism Kashmir.
Speaking on the occasion, Director Tourism Kashmir said that the magazine will go a long way in highlighting tourism potentials of the state.
Publisher and the Owner of Discover Kashmir said that the has already received subscription from many top hotels of the valley including Ahad Group of Hotels, Hotel Shahanshah, Pride Continental, Loin Star, Mushtaq Group of Hotels etc.
“We will launch the next issue from Delhi and Mumbai. The travel magazine caters to the tourists visiting Kashmir from different parts of India. We will keep the magazine at prominent news stalls in Delhi and Mumbai from next month and later gets it readership across India,” said its Publisher.
Besides Talat, Joint Director Tourism Department Hussain Mir many stakeholders including Secretary General J&K Hoteliers Club Musadiq Shah, Chairman JK Tourism Alliance Nasir Shah, Joint Secretary Tariq Rashid Ghani, Association of Kashmir Tour Operators Nazir Ahmad Mir, Sheikh Feroz of Alkhuddam Travels were present on the launch ceremony.
