Srinagar, December 31: Syed Irfan Hashmi has wished entire world including people of India a happy 2023. He hoped that year 2023 would dawn era of happiness on the faces of people of Jammu and Kashmir.

Syed Irfan Hashmi observed that:
” I hope Jammu and Kashmir would witness a lot of progress in the year 2023. The bloodshed in the year 2023 would be a thing of past is the hope of every sane Kashmiri. It is also hoped that in the year 2023 people of world would emerge from the recession. We need to make war, violence a thing of past and ensure as one Global Family world moves in right direction. ”
