Kargil, April 08, 2024: On the directions of District Election Officer, Kargil, a SVEEP (Systematic Voter’s Education and Electoral Participation) awareness programme was organized at Village Matayeen, Tehsil Drass.
AERO Drass, Vishal Atri gave awareness to the people about SVEEP programme including the importance of greater participation in this year’s 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

He further requested the locals to cast their vote with greater zeal . Since Matayeen is a border village and people from this village mostly migrate to Kashmir during winters.

The AERO Drass stressed on importance on these kinds of programmes so that people shall participate in greater numbers in the upcoming Lok Sabha Election.
