‘Stop harassment of Kashmiris’ Shah

Srinagar: Senior Hurriyat Leader, Shabir Ahmad Shah on Friday asked India to stop ‘harassment’ of Kashmiri’s and called for the resolution of the Kashmir issue.

Speaking at a public rally in this North Kashmir, Ganderbal District, senior separatist leader said, “Kashmir people faces harassment from the Indian nation. I urged India to stop any harassment and arrest of innocent Kashmiris.”

“India should resolve the Kashmir dispute without any further delay as per the aspirations of the Kashmiris people,” he asked.

Shabir Shah claimed that world has now started considering the seriousness of the Kashmir problem.

He asserted that there will be no peace in south Asia until Kashmir issue is not solved.

“Brutal and cruel regimes are crumbling in the world, and soon Kashmiri nation will also see the dawn of freedom,” he added.

Amidst his address, hundreds of people chanted the pro-freedom slogans, “Go India go, hum keh chatey Azaadi.” (KMW News)
