He, according to the statement issued to KNS, said National Conference has chequered history of public service since its inception that has endeared it to the people of the three regions and sub-regions. “Sher-e-Kashmir Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah has fought for honour and dignity of the people and never compromised with the just cause of the state”, he said and asked the party workers to fan out across the constituency and make people aware about the policies and programmes of Sher-e-Kashmir’s legacy.
Sajjad hoped that the new entrants will further strengthen the party and strive for steering it to excellence.
Referring to achievements of the Omar Abdullah led Government, Sajjad said that this has been enviable and unparalleled, which needs to be highlighted in every fora. “People should know what the government has done for their welfare, economic empowerment and development”, he added.
