Shutdown in Banihal Against Zakir Musa Killing

Banihal, May 24 (KMW): Complete shutdown is being observed in Banihal town of Ramban district in Jammu region against the killing of Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind Chief, Zakir Musa.

All shops, business establishments and schools are closed while public and private traffic is off the roads in Banihal and its adjoining areas.
Heavy troops have been deployed in the area to prevent demonstrations.
Strict curfew is in place across Kashmir Valley that has been witnessing intense protests and stone-pelting since yesterday.
