Should gain more seats in Sindh during next elections: Nawaz Sharif

KARACHI: PML-N president Nawaz Sharif said on Monday that his party should gain more seats in Sindh during the next elections.

“If the government is sincere about democracy, then they should announce elections soon,” Sharif said.

Sharif further said the nation was not lacking in resources but rather governance was the problem.

Speaking on the situation in Sindh, the PML-N president said that no one changed the conditions of the province and only the PML-N would bring change.

“The leaders of Sindh have forgotten the people.”

The PML-N president said if need be his party was willing to establish military courts in Karachi like they did in the past for the sake of security.

Sharif added that if President Zaradri would have fulfilled the agreements made in the Charter of Democracy, then he (Sharif) would have been happy if the President was elected again.
