Shakeel Bhat is well in Allahabad Jail: Family

Srinagar, Jun 03: The family of Shakeel Bhat alias Islamic Rage Boy has refuted the claims of a section of media wherein it was said that “Shakeel Bhat passed away in Allahabad Jail, UP.” 

Talking to Kashmir Media Watch, Ghulam Nabi Bhat elder brother of Shakeel Bhat said the later was well in Allahabad Jail lodged after 05 August 2019, adding, the death  news is based on rumors and has no authenticity.

Ghulam Nabi added that their other brother Hilal Ahmad Bhat passed away a day before which may have caused confusion among media circles.

He further said some Facebook and unauthentic pages are carrying news about Shakeel’s death which is unacceptable.
