Shafat Shangloo Arrested By CBI in Rubaya Sayed Kidnapping Case

Srinagar, December 2: Shafat Ahmad Shangloo, has been arrested by CBI ( Central Bureau of Investigation) in 1989 Rubaya Sayed Kidnapping Case.
As per the CBI press release ” the accused Shafat Shangloo was evading the arrest from the past 35 years. He was one of the conspirators who planned the kidnapping of Rubaya Sayed with Malik Muhammad Yasin”.
CBI has confirmed that Shafat will be presented before the designated TADA Court Jammu within the stipulated time frame.
