Shabir Shah pays tribute to Dargah Martyrs

Srinagar: Democratic Freedom Party Chairman Shabir Ahmad Shah has paid glowing tributes to the Dargah Martyrs who laid down their lives while fighting the Indian forces on 15the October 1993 at Dargah Hazratbal.

“We cannot forget the people who laid down their lives for the freedom movement. They are the real heroes and we are highly indebted to them,” he said. Shabir Siddique was martyred inside the Hazratbal shrine while fighting the Indian forces.
”They laid down their lives for the freedom movement while fighting the Indian forces. The whole nation is indebted to them and the freedom movement will be carried on to its logical conclusion”, Shah said.
Shah also paid tributes to all the freedom fighters who laid down their lives from 1947 while fighting the ‘Indian illegal occupation’ and said that their sacrifices will not be allowed to go waste. (KMW News)
