Senior Politician Malik Yaqoob becomes first BJP Chairman of urban local bodies of Saffron Town Pampore

Srinagar, Jan 22: In a significant political development senior BJP leader Malik Yaqoob has been elected as Chairman Urban Local bodies for saffron town Pampore .

Malik Yaqoob is known as the senior figure of ruling BJP in the Kashmir region who has grown in rank and file of the party in the recent times .
Malik Yaqoob has been active in political sphere of Jammu and Kashmir since past two decades and is well known voice on farmers issues .

While talking to the Kashmir Media Watch ,Malik Yaqoob stated that he would make Pampore town a world class town in terms of civic ammenties and basic facilities . He vowed to change the face of Pampore towards betterment.
Saffron growers are hoping that he will take their problems to relevant quarters .
