After thumping victory of Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab elections the Aam Aadmi Party is looking to make inroads in Jammu and Kashmir.  We talk with senior leaders Naveneet Mishra and Salahuddin Khan over Aam Aadmi Party ambitions in Jammu and Kashmir.

NAVNEET MISHRA, STATE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER Aam Aadmi Party   states :   ” Jammu and Kashmir is not an complex region but politicians for their selfish politics have made the place complex . They have lend great losses to the masses of Jammu and Kashmir via their vested interests. The Aam Aadmi Party will elevate the common people of JK and like Punjab and Delhi make them masters of governance.  We don’t bank on elite approach but want to give grassroot worker the say. We have already formed committee in Jammu and Kashmir regions. We will contest all the 90 seats and achieve a thumping victory in the Assembly elections of Jammu and Kashmir. “

Navneet states that Aam Aadmi Party will revolutionize health and education sectors of Jammu and Kashmir and make them free and accessible to one and all.

He believes that Jammu and Kashmir being producer of electricity thrust will be given to provide electricity free to masses to large extent.

SALAHUDDIN KHAN (CO OBSERVER KASHMIR), Aam Aadmi Party  states : ” After Punjab elections thumping victory the wave of Aam Aadmi Party is in entire country .We will change the course of history towards betterment in Jammu and Kashmir after winning Assembly elections here. The issues here are matching with rest of country be it need of quality education and health or any other  facility.  The Chief Minister candidate of Aam Aadmi Party will be decided by the public of Jammu and Kashmir. “

He says Aam Aadmi Party has been force of reform be it police reforms and making it pro people and ending the VIP culture.

Salahuddin believes that in the coming 2024 Elections the personality of Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Admi Party would be strong contenders.

He adds :”

The strong point of Aam Admi Party is thrust on providing quality governance to the people of   entire country .We have proved via Delhi Model and now following same in Punjab that Aam Admi Party is the Party of efficient governance.”
