SDA timely inspection at Chanpora Baghe Rehmat Colony widely appreciated

Srinagar, June 16: In an interesting development and sign of administration efficiency from Srinagar Development Authority, the Mohalla committee Baghe Rahmat has appreciated them in no time visiting a illegal construction site and taking action against it.
Secretary of the Mohalla Committee Sajid Qadri lauded SDA Vice Chairman Haris Ahmad Handoo, Secretary Mantasha Bint Rashid, Showkat Ahmad Mattoo Dy. Director Land Management and officials of SDA Ajaz and Nazim for swift action and visit to the area. He appealed that SDA should right from Nowgam to Chanpora bridge launch awareness on how much distance in terms of feet has to be maintained while constructing and what is residential site and what is commercial site and not allow construction of any commercial site in residential area.
SDA steps on BOCA and Master Plan adherence have been also lauded.
Mohammad Ishaque on behalf of his Mohalla Committee members and Chairman of Mohalla Committee Mukthar Ahmad Gani thanked SDA.
The action against illegal elements by SDA is gaining wider appreciation.
