SC moved for dismissal of DG ISI

ISLAMABAD: A constitutional petition has been filed in Supreme Court for the removal of DG ISI from his office.
A constitutional petition was filed in SC seeking removal of DG ISI Ahmad Shuja Pasha from his office as he held meetings with Arab countries to oust President Zardari which caused unrest among people and democratic circles.

The petition was filed by Engineer Muhammad Jameel through advocate Tariq Asad on Monday.
He contended that the DG ISI has taken oath under Article 244 of the constitution that he would not participate in politics but he has disqualified from his office as he held meetings with Arab states on political basis.
