In a statement issued, Salahudin expressed sympathies to the family of the departed and prayed for the soul to rest in Jannat-ul-Firdous.
Salahuddin said the family of Mir has made great contribution towards the freedom movement of Kashmir. “The family has offered so many sacrifices for the freedom of the people of the state”, he added.
He said as an act of vendetta, the factory run by Engineer Abdul Kahliq had been sealed and his younger brother martyred by the Indian army.
