SRINAGAR: To dispel the apprehension of people about the safety and well being of relics and Tabarkat at the shrine of Peer Dastgeer sahib (RA) Khanyar, the Sajad Nisheen Mr. Khalid Geelani displayed them before the media here today.
The Tabarkat which include holy hair (Relic) of Dastgeer Sahib (RA).
A document of Hazrat Ali (RA) on which the stamp of prophet Mohammad (PBUA) is affixed, pages of holy Quran written by Hazrat Abu-Bakar Sidiq (RA) and 200 years old hand written holy Quran.
Sajada Nisheen on the occasion said that these Tabarkat will be displayed before the devotees during the Urs as per past practice.
He appealed the media to convey the message to the people that Tabarkat are safe and intact.
