Raids conducted to arrest Engineer Hilal War goes underground

Srinagar , July 12(KMW): In view of the joint 13th July martyrs day Programme of Pro- Freedom organizations police have intensified crackdown and in this regard raided house of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Political Party Chairman and senior Hurriyat M leader ,Engineer Hilal Ahmad War twice.

A heavy contingent of police is said to have raided house of Engineer Hilal War twice at Maisuma, his in laws house at Bemina and his party office at Rajbagh besides raiding houses of several party activists of PPP.

Spokesman of PPP termed the raids on War house Maisuma and at houses of his close affiliates as acts of sheer frustration that will yield nothing and reaffirmed that such oppressive acts cannot break the resolve of freedom loving people of Jammu and Kashmir.

According to sources, Engineer Hilal War has gone underground to evade arrest and make 13 July programme a success.
