Kargil, July 07: The newly appointed Principal Incharge of Government Degree College Drass, Dr. Nasir ul Mehdi Shabani, visited the college campus to familiarize himself with the ongoing work and infrastructure. Accompanied by the staff, he inspected various facilities to assess their condition and identify areas for improvement.

During his visit, Principal Shabani inspected Girls Hostel, Staff Quarters, Administrative Block, and Lecture Block. He inspected the classrooms and auditorium, emphasizing the need for modern teaching aids and infrastructure. He also visited the Science Laboratories and reviewed its construction.

The visit was aimed to familiarize himself with the infrastructure. Principal Shabani sought to understand the college’s strengths and weaknesses. He aimed to pinpoint areas requiring attention and development. 

Based on his observations, he will create a plan to enhance the college’s infrastructure and academic programs. He envisioned working towards upgrading the facilities to provide a better learning environment in the future.
