Srinagar, February 04: According to the Chief Engineer, KPTCL that in order to carry out dismantling, shifting and recharging of 20 MVA Power Transformer including unloading of 80 MVA Power Transformer and its placement on the newly constructed Transformer bed at GSS Amargarh, the power supply from 132/33 KV GSS Amargarh to the 33kv feeders including Sopore, Baramulla, SIDCO, Nowpora, Bandipora & Arampora shall remain affected from 10.00 AM on February 05 to 06.00 PM on February 07.

According to Chief Engineer KPDCL, that in view of augmentation of old 0.1 ACSR to 0.2 ACSR of Nehalpora Markundal Line, the power supply from Nehalpora (Markundal Line) to receiving stations including Markundal, Naidkhai, Shahgund & Aglar and feeding areas shall remain affected on February 08 & 10 from 10.00 AM to 4:00PM.

Similarly, in order to carry out augmentation/ stabilization of 33 KV Awantipora Line, the power supply to Receiving Stations including Awantipora-I, Awantipora-II, IUST, AIIMS, Rice Mills, LIS and feeding areas including Malangpora, Padgampora, Beighpora, Barsoo, Awantipora shall remain affected on February 08 & 10 from 10.00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Also, in view of Erection of poles at Court complex Pampore, the power supply from Pampore-SIDCO Line to receiving stations including  cement plants of Khrew and IE Khrew shall remain affected on February 09 from 10.00 AM to 4:00PM.

Likewise, power supply from Awantipora-Naroo Line to receiving stations including Naroo, LIS, Koil Stage-I, II & III and feeding areas including Ratnipora, Lajoora, Puchal & Naroo shall remain affected on February 08 from 10.00 AM to 4:00PM.
