Police arrests LeT OGW in Kulgam

Srinagar: Kulgam police in a joint operation with 9 RR and 18 Bn CRPF arrested a LeT OGW at village Owgam Laroo, Kulgam and recovered arms and an IED from his possession.

Kulgam police on a tip off launched a search operation in village Owgam Laroo in the jurisdiction of Police Station Kulgam. During the searches, an OGW of LeT outfit, Fayaz Ahmad lone @Harris @ Hyder son of Gull Mohammad Lone resident of Owgam Kulgam was apprehended. On his instance police recovered a Chinese Pistol, one Magazine with six pistol rounds, an IED weighing about five Kgs from a field.
Kulgam police has registered a case in this regard.
