Police arrest two militants in Awantipora

Awantipora, Nov 14: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested two militants affiliated with Hizb ul Mujahideen outfit in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
“Two militants of Hizb ul Mujahideen arrested in Awantipora. Arms and ammunition recovered,” police said on Twitter.
Reports said the duo was arrested from Panzgam area of Awantipora. They were identified as Jan Muhammad of Dogripora and Naseer-ul-Islam of Panzgam.
