Various establishments that had engaged apprentices highlighted that the scheme helps them train manpower according to industry needs, while for students, it provides valuable hands-on practical skill training opportunities within their hometowns and in the industries or establishments of their choice.

Currently in Ladakh 26 candidates have been trained under PMNAPS, while some are still undergoing their training. The candidates and students present during the event showed great enthusiasm and interest in enrolling as apprentices.
