State sponsored terrorism unleashed in held valley to suppress the voice of Kashmiri.
Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz says shelling of innocent Kashmiri protesters is not acceptable under any circumstances as its amounts to violation of fundamental human rights.
Briefing media persons in Islamabad today on the latest situation in Held Kashmir, he said the occupation authorities have clamped curfew in most parts of the valley and people have no access to hospitals and other facilities.
The Adviser said state sponsored terrorism has been unleashed in the held valley to suppress the voice of Kashmiri people.
However, it is our conviction that the Indian side will not be able to legalize its control on the territory through such inhuman tactics.
He outrightly rejected the Indian allegations that Pakistan is stirring unrest in the valley.
He also rejected the Indian assertion that the situation in the valley is internal matter of India.
The Adviser said the international community, including UN Secretary General, China, the United States, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, have also voiced their concerns over the Indian atrocities against the Kashmiri people.
He said Pakistan has provided and will continue to extend moral, political and diplomatic support to the Kashmiri people in their just struggle for the right to self determination.
He said Pakistan will undertake all possible efforts to apprise the world community about Indian atrocities.
Sartaj Aziz said Pakistan will approach the Human Rights Council of the United Nations asking it to send a fact finding mission to Indian occupied Kashmir to investigate the slaughter of innocent civilians and impose a ban on use of pellet guns for dispersing people exercising their right to protest.
He said the Indian media is also protesting against the use of force in Occupied Kashmir. He said a former Indian Home Minister has urged New Dheli not to use force and fulfil promises made with the Kashmiri people.
Answering a question, Adviser Sartaj Aziz said joint session of the Parliament will be convened soon to discuss prevailing situation in Occupied Kashmir.
To a question, he said Pakistan supports the four point formula on Kashmir parliament by veteran Kashmiri leader Syed Ali Gilani.
He said there is clear difference in elections in AJK and the one held in Occupied Kashmir.
To a another question, the adviser said the member countries of the Quadrilateral Coordination Group are committed to use the forum for negotiations for peace and stability in Afghanistan. Â Inputs news agency
