Pak violates truce, targets Indian posts on LoC in Poonch

Jammu, Jun 27 (MMW): Pakistan troops yet again violated truce by firing at forward Indian posts at the Line of Control (LoC) in Bhimber Gali area of Poonch district.

“Pakistan army carried out unprovoked firing on forward Indian posts along the LoC last night at around 0035 hrs by firing small arms, automatics and mortars at Gambhir area of 25 Div in Tarkundi ector of Bhimber Gali area,” official spokesman here said.

He said our troops effectively retaliated with similar caliber weapons, adding, “the exchange of fire lasted for around one hour”.
