Srinagar: The Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and Governor N. N. Vohra discussed ongoing work of the Interlocutors besides geo-political environment across the State’s frontiers, official spokesman said here.
He said that the Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah called on the Governor, last evening at Jammu.
In an hour and a half long meeting, Omar Abdullah briefed Vohra about internal security management and developments on various fronts since the Darbar offices commenced functioning at Jammu from 8th November last.
“The discussions particularly focused on the geo-political environment across the State’s frontiers and issues relating to the ongoing work of the Interlocutors,†he said.
The meeting was second in last month and half. On November 12 last, the Chief Minister and the Governor had discussions on interalia, issues relating to militancy; internal security situation; measures to enforce greater accountability and honesty in the functioning of Administration and the effective functioning of the Statutory.
