Omar Abdullah meets Governor

JAMMU, JANUARY 11(KMW):  Omar Abdullah, MLA, former Chief Minister and Working President of the National Conference, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.

Mr. Abdullah informed the Governor about certain governance issues which are awaiting the State Government’s decision and the significant matters which are expected to be discussed in the ongoing session of the Legislature.
The Governor urged Mr. Abdullah and his party to take active positive interest in the advancement of the State’s interests and to see large scale participation in the ensuing Panchayat, Municipal and Parliament elections.
