Javeed Khan , an eminent figure of the colony stated :”
We the inhabitants of the area have made number of representation from construction of
the drainage system as only one lane is left behind by the Srinagar Drainage Department with
the reasons better known to them.
The Srinagar Municipal Corporation Drainage department has visited the area number of
times for construction of the drainage system, the SMC has sent the team and also prepared
the estimate and investment of funds for the construction of drain. The file is pending in the
concerned department for last more than ten years and we the inhabitants move from pillar to
post, but all in vain as on date.”
