Srinagar: Stating that Kashmiris had been bearing the brunt of hostility between India and Pakistan for decades, National Conference leader and Member Parliament, Dr.Mehboob Beg Saturday urged both countries to bury past differences and resolve the 63-year-old issue through dialogue.
