Karachi, 5 January: Ahead of scheduled 2018 elections, former Pakistan military ruler Pervez Musharraf is set to launch a new political party, the United Muslim League (UML), as he prepares for the next general elections.

In 2013, Mr Musharraf’s All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) had boycotted the elections as he was barred from contesting.
