Another body of a youth namely Younis Ganai has been recovered from the site of fake encounter by the locals presumably killed by Army personnel responsible for yesterday’s fake encounter.
Hurriyat Leader termed the killings of Khalid a barbaric inhuman act and a well thought out genocide policy of Indian Security Forces in Jammu and Kashmir. The gruesome killing of the youngster by the Indian Forces in a stage managed encounter in Forests of Tral, South Kashmir is a glaring example of Indian Genocide Policy in Kashmir.
He further said that Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) and other draconian laws have given licence to Indian Forces to kill innocent Kashmiri youth wherever and whenever they wish. Mr. War said such tactics will not deter the resolve of oppressed Kashmiris and the youth in particular but will give boost the morale of the struggling people of Kashmir to increase the momentum of their struggle for Right to self-determination. PPP Chief Pledges that we will fight the war of liberation till the Kashmir issue is resolved according to the aspirations of people of Jammu and Kashmir.
By creating war like situation, they cannot bypass or kill Kashmir Problem. They have but to concede the right of self-determination of the people of Kashmir sooner or later. It is better and wiser to concede the right of self-determination as early as possible. It appears that the Present Government is trying to create war like situation. God forbid if such thing happens, then, entire subcontinent will have to face the horrors of a terrible nuclear war in which India will be the big sufferer.
