New Delhi, January 04: In a highly important development, Chairman/ Mayor Pampore Municipal Corporation Yaqoob called upon Deputy mayor of Tehran Municipal Corporation Lutfullah Furuzandeh and other high power delegation from Iran at Delhi , which included Ali Karim Najafi a islamic scholar from university of Qum Iran.
He also held interaction with eminent social reformer of india and chairman national Ulema Parliament Dr Maulana Kalbe Rushaid Rizvi.
Malik Yaqoob and Deputy Mayor of Tehran municipal corporation Lutfullah Furuzandeh held interactions on wide range of issues of Municipal governance and vowed to strength the grassroots of Municipal realities by effective cooperation.
Tehran Deputy Mayor accepted invitation of Malik Yaqoob to visit Kashmir soon. He also extended invitation to Malik Yaqoob to visit Iran and appreciated his calibre .
They affirmed primary function of the “municipal corporation” is to provide support to the local community related to the public health facilities, proper sanitary system and systematic educational practices.
Both vowed to make Municipal government in the region an island of development and make life of poor human better.
